How I Almost Committed Suicide

I never knew there would come a time when I wanted to end my life. I asked myself what had happened to sweet 16 ambitious me, who wanted to travel the world and make memories.

However, things changed. Adulting became harder and harder everyday. Sometimes it felt like I only had me to deal with whatever it is I was facing. No one understood me. Everyone wanted to fix me, which I didn’t need. All I needed was to change stuff not long motivational conversations, videos and texts. I WAS DEPRESSED.

You know that phrase, “I will be there for you no matter what.” It’s a scam πŸ˜‚! Even the ones who swear “In sickness and death” never mean it sometimes. So yeah!In life, we all need that someone we can freely talk to about things we can’t tell other people. Well, not everyone is a good listener. Most of us are always in a hurry to relate whatever it is that someone is saying/going through to ourselves. It’s mean. You ain’t listening but in a hurry to comment. You need that friend you can trust and can listen. Sometimes, all you need is to talk to someone to be okay. IT IS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY.

“I had decided that enough is enough and death was the only option!”
