Pumpkin Seeds!  

 Majority of us usually throw away pumpkin seeds when preparing it for a meal, we consider them “rubbish”. Today am going to be your health fitness food teacher; First pumpkin seeds have nutrients like manganese to magnesium, protein and zinc. They also boost fiber intake as they help to reach the ideal amount of 50 grams per 1,000 calories consumed.
Uses of pumpkin seeds 

  • Boost immunity of a person and makes their body strong.
  • They also increase sperms and “manpower” as we casually call it. So a man who eats them is always a deal in the bedroom area.
  • These seeds contain zinc which is vital for prostrate health men. Pumpkin oil also helps to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia.
  • In women, pumpkin seeds help reduce on menopausal effects like; joint pains, headaches, blood pressure

 How to consume pumpkin seeds

  • You just have to chew them, they ain’t hard so don’t worry about your teeth.
  • If you enjoy the delicacy everyday ensure that you soak them.
  • Fresh pumpkins seeds can be roasted for 15-20 minutes with a temperature of 170 degrees F or 75 degrees celsius.
  • You can eat them with tea or any time of the day. It should be noted that consuming these seeds at night will give you a comfortable goodnight’s sleep.
